The Team

Our CEO, Co-Founder and Lead Therapist, Azalea Villaranda is an artist at heart with an extensive experience working with families, youth, seniors and individuals in palliative care. As a member of the OACCPP (Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists), she has a background in Psychology from York University and is now practicing Expressive Arts Therapy with the European Graduate School and ISIS Canada. Her passion lies in inspiring and empowering individuals to be fully self-expressed. She loves dancing, writing and painting.

Our Co-Founder and Executive Director, Roger Choudhury, is a business development extraordinaire. For 14 years, he led continental sales organizations and multinational teams to exceed revenue, fundraising and profit goals. He brings a track record of driving multimillion-dollar growth and global expansion, as well as specialized skills in B2B technology sales to diverse-industry clients worldwide. He has a strong command of business protocols and experience conducting business with commercial and charitable executives across North America. He is our expert relationship builder, channel developer, negotiator and sales strategist.

Our Head Improv Coordinator, Lauren Stein, believes that laughter is the meaning of life. She has facilitated over 200 improv workshops and performed one-woman improvised plays across the Pacific, Europe, and North America. She is a proud member of the ISIS community and European Graduate School. She is often described as passionate, hilarious, enthusiastic and profound. She is known for finding innovative solutions and for bringing people out of their shells. Her loves include all performance and literary arts, as well as anything improvised.

A talented musician, performer, " Kevork Guerguerian is a Drum Circle Facilitator for over 10 years of experience and a highly skilled artist educator.  He takes his learning and leadership style to all senior resident homes. He is a master at facilitating groups of people through a common experience using music and rhythm. His spirit of drumming leads the way toward making rhythmic expression accessible for everyone.

He brings his fun and inspirational rhythm experience to to create unity and communication for peer groups across all communities.
